Verstappen overcomes wet-weather chaos to make it a hat-trick of Dutch GP wins
Zandvoort          [27 August 2023]

Max Verstappen converted pole position into victory at the Dutch Grand Prix for the third year in a row, navigating an action-packed, rain-hit encounter to take the chequered flag ahead of Fernando Alonso and Pierre Gasly and draw level with Sebastian Vettel on nine successive F1 wins.

It all began with spits of rain before the start of the race that dramatically turned into a shower on the first lap, prompting split strategies up and down the order as Verstappen headed a pack of drivers who initially stayed out on slicks and team mate Perez led a group into the pits to take on intermediates.

What followed was a frenetic opening phase as those who made an early switch to intermediates rose to the fore, while those who stayed out longer on slicks lost a hatful of positions, prior to the rain easing off and the track gradually drying up.

Unbeatable Bagnaia wins to complete perfect weekend in Austria
Spielberg, 20 August 2023

The #1 was in a league of his own on Sunday as Binder and Bezzecchi complete the Red Bull Ring podium.

Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) capped off a perfect weekend at the CryptoDATA Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich by dominating Sunday’s MotoGP™ race to bring up a half-century of Grand Prix podiums for the World Champion. Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) gave the Austrian factory something to cheer about by bringing his RC16 home in P2, as Marco Bezzecchi (Mooney VR46 Racing Team) rebounded from Tissot Sprint disappointment to climb onto the rostrum.

Just like he did in the Tissot Sprint, Bagnaia launched incredibly to comfortably grab the holeshot ahead of Binder. Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) was away well – as usual – to propel himself up to P3, as Maverick Viñales (Aprilia Racing) went backwards again. It wasn’t a terrible getaway from 'Top Gun' but Viñales got swarmed at Turn 1, as Luca Marini (Mooney VR46 Racing Team) lit up the rear end on the exit of Turn 1 as he and Alex Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™) gained places.

A. Espargaro snatches victory from Bagnaia in last-lap British GP
Siverstone, 6 August 2023

The Aprilia "Captain" timed it to perfection to pip Pecco on the final lap with Marco Bezzecchi crashing out.

MotoGP™ came back with a bang as the Monster Energy British Grand Prix delivered enthralling and unpredictable racing action that left fans unable to look away. With spots of rain falling towards the end of the race, Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing) mastered the changing conditions to put himself in the perfect position for a last-lap attack on Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team).

The Italian led the majority of the race with Espargaro able to get a good look at the factory Ducati ahead, and he pounced late on for Aprilia's second ever premier class win. Reigning Champion Bagnaia will be happy to take 20 points, however, as his title rival Marco Bezzecchi (Mooney VR46 Racing Team) crashed out whilst following Bagnaia in 2nd place. Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) had his hands full with the Aprilias of Maverick Viñales and Miguel Oliveira (CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP™ Team ) as the South African fought hard to bring home 3rd place.
