Valtteri Bottas beats Lewis Hamilton at F1 finale in Abu Dhabi
Yas Marina          [26 Novembe 2017]

Valtteri Bottas withstood race-long pressure from Mercedes teammate and 2017 world champion Lewis Hamilton to end the Formula One season with a victory.

Bottas led away from pole position before the two Mercedes cars disappeared into the distance. At one stage Hamilton looked ready to mount a serious challenge, getting within DRS range following his pit-stop, but ran wide at Turn 17.

It was as close as he came, with Bottas holding on for a third career win -- a perfect way for the Finn to end his season having struggled since the summer break. Sebastian Vettel rounded off the podium for Ferrari.

Sebastian Vettel beats Valtteri Bottas to win in Brazil
Interlagos          [12 Novembe 2017]

Sebastian Vettel claimed his fifth win of the season after beating Valtteri Bottas to victory at the Brazilian Grand Prix.

Vettel never looked back after a bold move on the inside saw him take the lead from Bottas in the first corner and Ferrari's strategy ensured he retained the lead through the single round of pit stops.

Kimi Raikkönen completed the podium in third -- his sixth rostrum appearance at Interlagos -- having successfully fended off a late charge from the recovering Lewis Hamilton, who crossed the line just 0.8s behind the Ferrari driver and 5.4s adrift of Vettel in first after starting from the pitlane following his crash in qualifying.

#BIG6: Márquez crowned Champion, Pedrosa wins dramatic race
Ricardo Tormo, 12 November 2017

Drama, records, saves, crashes and tension characterise a history-making day at Valencia as Pedrosa wins the race and Márquez the title.

In a stunningly dramatic and tense #FinalShowdown at Valencia, Marc Márquez (Repsol Honda Team) took his sixth world title and fourth MotoGP™ World Championship despite a huge front end moment into Turn 1 and a run off track, coming home third in the race to defend his crown.

Title rival Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) similarly suffered a run off from P4, but the Italian was unable to save it and sadly crashed out of contention in the race and Championship.
