Daniel Ricciardo wins crazy Azerbaijan GP
Baku          [25 June 2017]

Daniel Ricciardo claimed a shock win for Red Bull in a wild and controversial Azerbaijan Grand Prix which saw a major flashpoint between title rivals Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel.

In a race that was chaotic from the opening lap, when Valtteri Bottas and Kimi Raikkonen clashed while scrapping for second, Hamilton led through two Safety Car restarts and a full race restart following a red flag period.

It was just before the second Safety Car restart where the flashpoint occurred, with Vettel running into the back of Hamilton as he managed pace behind the Safety Car.

Rossi returns: the 'Doctor' makes history in the #DutchGP
Assen, 25 June 2017

The number 46 takes his 115th career win in a dramatic classic at the 'Cathedral'

Valentino Rossi (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP) penned another stunning chapter in what is now the longest winning career in the history of Grand Prix motorcycle racing at the ‘Cathedral’ of speed, as the number 46 took his 115th win in the Motul TT Assen, more than 20 years after his first.

Six hundredths of a second was the distance between victory and podium, as Rossi just headed compatriot Danilo Petrucci (Octo Pramac Racing) over the line. Reigning Champion Marc Márquez (Repsol Honda Team) won a three-way fight for third to complete the podium in another close contest, beating Cal Crutchlow (LCR Honda) by 0.042 at the flag.

Lewis Hamilton eases to win at chaotic Canadian GP
Montreal          [11 June 2017]

Lewis Hamilton led from start to finish to claim an easy Canadian Grand Prix victory ahead of Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas, as chaos unfolded behind the world champions.

A race which seemed poised to be a tense Mercedes-Ferrari battle never materialised, with Hamilton leading cleanly into Turn 1. Behind Max Verstappen lept from fifth to second in the short run down to the first corner, swiping a chunk of Vettel's wing in the process and forcing the championship leader into an early pit stop.

Verstappen's punchy start would end with an early reliability problem, propelling Mercedes into a comfortable one-two it never relinquished.

Reigning Champion Marc Márquez (Repsol Honda Team) left a spate of crashes in practice behind to take second, with his teammate - polesitter Dani Pedrosa – completing the rostrum.

Ride of his life: Dovizioso takes magnificent win at Mugello
Mugello, 4 June 2017

Mugello may never sleep, but that didn't prevent a dream Italian GP for the Borgo Panigale factory rider.

Italian rider, Italian bike, Italian GP…and the tricolore flew high over the podium at Mugello, as Ducati Team’s Andrea Dovizioso took a magnificent win battling rivals on track and illness off it to cross the line over a second clear of Maverick Viñales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP) and an impressive home podium for second Italian Danilo Petrucci (Octo Pramac Racing).
